Fondant/Modeling Chocolate
As of now I am not able to get my fondant. I have tried others and they are not up to my standards. I have found modeling chocolate in all colors that taste great.
Cake Truffles
Truffles are great for bite size sweet for your wedding or as favors. They are $1.25 each. There is no minimum order. Package them up for party favors or display them with the wedding cake. The truffles can be made in almost any flavor but the ones I sell the most are: They are $1.25 ea with no minimum order.

Cake Push Ups
Cake Push Ups are entering the "cake world" with rave reviews. If you don't know what they are, they are like the ice cream push ups only we put layers of cake and fillings in them. The variety of push ups are unlimited. For example, you can keep it simple with layers of red velvet cake and cream cheese filling or you can use strawberry and lemon cake with lemon and cream cheese filling. You can just let your imagination run with all the different cake and filling flavors. When you come for a wedding consultation, I would love to show them to you. Also, if you are at venue that charges a cutting fee, this is one other option to avoid this expense.
The price for the push up is $4.25 ea. There is a minimum order of 20 per cake and filling flavor.
Cake Shots
Cake Shots are available in as many flavors as you can come up with. They make the perfect small dessert. The cake and fillings are layered just like the push ups only smaller. They can be in small glass pieces or in a disposable cup. The glass containers must be cleaned and returned. Spoons are placed in each cake shot. Both look great. The price for the cake shots $3.25 ea. There is a minimum of 25 per cake and filling flavors.
A Show Piece Wedding Cake

The Bride and Groom cut from their own personal cake that coordinates with the showpiece wedding cake.
Guest are served “kitchen cakes” that are cut "behind the scene." Kitchen cakes are just like a typical wedding cake. They have 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling/icing. A sheet cake just has cake and frosting. I try and make your wedding cake special and not a sheet cake you would get at a grocery store.
Select from any cake flavor and filling for yourself and your guest.
Sizes start at 3 tiers. Cakes can be in round, square or hexagon. The Showpiece can be up to 6 tiers.
Have the wedding cake as a center piece for the entire reception.
No messy cake cutting during the reception
The wedding party and guest can be served at their seat, eliminating long lines.

Kitchen cakes are cut and served from the back. There are 2 sizes, one serves 25 for $45.00 and the other serves 35 for $60.00
Grooms Cakes and Bridal shower cakes
Grooms cakes are a great way to celebrate the groom by focusing on what he likes. The cake can be served at the rehearsal dinner or at the wedding. Either is appropriate.
We make bridal shower cakes for celebrating that special friend or sister. We can design something special for the bride.
